E-shop terms and conditions

Chado.ee webshop & site is run and managed by FirstFlush OÜ (registration code 11057434). FirstFlush OÜ is responsible for all content and actions in this website.

 

E-POOD TERMS & CONDITIONS

To purchase tea and teaware by Internet, follow these simple instructions. After your payment has been processed, we will post your goods with 1-2 days and then everything is in the courier's hands. Lets hope they are quick!

How To Order
1. You can purchase goods by being a one-time visitor or you can create an account. This is the preferred method as you can then record your ordering history. Also, this way you would receive regular offers for discounts and promotions.
2. Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Use our category search or the keyword search function to find what you need. If an item is not temporarily unavailble, it will be indicated 'temporarily out of stock'. You may write to us at eshop(ät)chado.ee to inquire about expected delivery time. It might take as little as a few days or as long as 3 weeks to receive your desired product back in stock, depending on availability.
3. When you feel 'enough for today!', please proceed to checkout.
4. Fill in the ship-to and bill-to sections.
5. Choose desired shipping method, among the following options:

SmartPost – These guys have convenient pick-up locations across Estonia (see a list of their locations at http://www.smartpost.ee/eteenindus/kiosks). You will be sent a door code via sms and will have seven days to retrieve your package once it arrives. The set fee regardless of package size for this service is 3.50€ including packaging & posting

Omniva The set fee regardless of package size for this service is 3.50€ including packaging & posting. You will be sent a door code via sms and will have seven days to retrieve your package once it arrives. Find the location closest to you here: https://www.omniva.ee/abi/kaart .

Courier service - goods will be to delivered to your home or office door. If you are not at home at time of delivery you will receive a notice to pick up your package at the nearest post office. This option is best for people who want their packages delivered straight to their homes or offices. Include as a shipping address the location it would be most convenient for you to receive your goods by courier or where a notice of delivery can easily be left. Orders are sent this way within Estonia only. The set fee regardless of size of package or destination within Estonia for this service is 6€ including packaging & posting.

International shipping - We are happy to send orders anywhere. Fill the address section with your exact address, including postal code and other info. Then we will send it to you, usually with Estonian post. The set fee regardless of size of package for this service is 15€ including packaging, posting and track and trace service.

6. Check out and pay the indicated total via the link to your bank or Paypal. Once we receive payment, we will process your order!

Account Management & Privacy
FirstFlush OÜ is headed by honest, decent folk: we will not use your personal contact or purchase information immorally or give it out to third parties!

If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can change contact details at any time by signing in.

FirstFlush OÜ reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.

Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel an order at any time as long as it has not been paid for yet. Simply email us at teashop(ät)firstflush.ee to cancel your unpaid order. If it has been paid for but not yet shipped (within the first hours after placing he order), you may cancel an order and receive a full refund, minus bank transfer charges. To cancel in this case, send us an email immediately to eshop(ät)chado.ee

Tea & Chocolate

We trust there will be no problem with your order – we go to great trouble to ensure that clients are pleased with their purchases. FirstFlush OÜ will not accept returned tea or chocolate except in cases where something that you did not order was sent to you by mistake or there was a defect. Please contact us at eshop(ät)chado.ee in 14 days after the purchase has been made for making complaints about your product.

Objects

FirstFlush OÜ ensures that all objects will be in original condition when they are sent out. If you have received a broken or defective item, or if you received an item which you did not order, we will be happy to send you the proper object again or you can return it and receive a full refund for the price of the object or receive a replacement if possible. In this case, we will also pay your shipping charges. The complaint should happen within 14 days of purchase date. Refund or object replacement will take place within 7 work days after we have received the broken object back to our warehouse.

 In the event that you are highly dissatisfied with your object, please make your claim by email to us at teashop(ät)firstflush.ee within 14 days of receipt, detailing why the object was not satisfactory. In this case of dissatisfaction, we will accept a return and issue a refund within seven working days after receipt of the undamanged goods. In this instance, we are only able to refund the item’s cost and not the original shipping charges. You are also responsible for the cost of returning the item.
