1999 Yiwu "Afterthought" sheng puerh
A beautifully aged raw pu-erh that is alreaady close to twenty years old
An aged wild growth raw (sheng) pu-erh from Yiwu region on the border of China and Laos. These cakes were compressed using the traditional stone mill method and compose of bigger leaves that are less bitter than from many other surrounding regions. The taste profile is wide and complex and the tea has nice energy.
