2017 Qingyi "6666" shou puerh
Sweet, creamy, smooth...
Lovely everyday shou pu-erh produced for Qingyi tea house. The leaves were harvested in Spring 2009 in Menghai, fermented and stored, compressed in 2017, allowing the piling (wo dui) process flavour to dissipate, leaving a sweet tea with smooth and creamy texture. Hint of maltose, old cellars and dusty bookshelves.
