Anji Bai Cha

Fresh and upilifting! 

Anji Bai Cha, translated as Anji White Tea, gets its name after the white hue on the leaves of the bushes. Despite the confusing name, it is in fact a green tea. This tea varietal is quite new, from 1982. Our tea is handpicked and harvested in the beginning of April in Anji area. The infusion is bright green with some yellow notes in it, beautifully fresh and lushious. The taste reminds of pine nuts and vegetables. Long elegant leaves resemble to pine needles and offer a very lovely longlasting and uplifting green tea moment.
