2021 Bi Luo Chun

Our very first green tea of the year!

Taiwanese version of the famous Bi Luo Chun (also known as "Green Snail Spring" in English) from San Xia district in Northern Taiwan. This tea is made from the rare Qing Xin Gan Zai varietal of the tea plant following Taiwanese organic regulations, using tender buds and first leaves to create an extremely soft, fruity and exquisite cup of tea with close to no astringency whatsoever. Perfect to wake up to!
