A delicate red tea (hongcha) from San Xia district in Nothern-Taiwan. Light-bodied and lightly oxidized with still hints of green remainins in the leaves. Hibiscus, redcurrant, subdued bitter undetones. Warm glow. Made from Qing Xin Gan Zai varietal tea bushes.
