E-SHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS
To purchase tea and teaware online, follow these simple instructions. After your payment has been received, we will post your goods within 1-2 days.
How To Order
1. You can purchase goods as a visitor or you can create an account.
2. Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. If an item is not temporarily unavailable, it will be indicated as 'temporarily out of stock'. You may write to us at eshop @ chado.ee to inquire about expected delivery time (this may take as little as a few days or as long as 3 weeks).
3. When you are ready to order, please proceed to the checkout.
4. Fill in the ship-to and bill-to sections.
5. Choose your desired shipping method, from among the following options:
SmartPost, Omniva & DPD – with convenient pick-up locations across Estonia. You will be sent a door code via SMS and will have seven days to retrieve your package once it arrives. The fixed price is 3.50€.
Courier service - your order will be to delivered to your home or office door. If you are not at home at time of delivery you will receive a notice to pick up your package at the nearest post office. The fixed price is 6€.
International shipping - We gladly send orders anywhere in the world. Fill in the address section with your exact address, including postal code and other information. The fixed price is 12€.
You can come pick it up from our shop. – If you place your order and we receive the payment before 5pm, you can pick it up the next day; otherwise, the day after. Orders placed on the weekend will be ready on Monday. Fixed price 0€.
6. Check out and pay the indicated total via the link to your bank or Paypal. Once we receive payment, we will process your order!

Account Management & Privacy
Chado Tee OÜ we will never use your personal contact or purchase information immorally or give it out to third parties!
By using the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur with your account or password.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can change contact details at any time by signing in.
Chado Tee OÜ reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel an order at any time as long as it has not been paid for yet. Simply email us at eshop @ chado.ee to cancel your unpaid order. If it has been paid for but not yet shipped (within the first hours after placing the order), you may cancel an order and receive a full refund, minus bank transfer charges. To cancel in this case, send us an email immediately to eshop @ chado.ee.
Tea & Chocolate
We trust there will be no problem with your order – we go to great trouble to ensure that clients are pleased with their purchases. Chado Tee OÜ will not accept returned tea or chocolate except in cases where something that you did not order was sent to you by mistake or there was a defect. Please contact us at eshop @ chado.ee within 14 days after the purchase was been made for making complaints about the product.
Chado Tee OÜ ensures that all objects will be in original condition when they are sent out. If you have received a broken or defective item, or if you received an item which you did not order, we will be happy to send you the proper object again or you can return it and receive a full refund for the price of the object or receive a replacement, if possible. In this case, we will also pay your shipping charges. The complaint should be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds or replacement will take place within 7 work days.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your object, please make your claim by email to us at eshop @ chado.ee within 14 days of receiving the order, detailing why the object was not satisfactory. In this case, we will accept a return and issue a refund within seven working days after receipt of the undamanged goods. In this instance, we are only able to refund the cost of items and not the original shipping charges. You are also responsible for the cost of returning the item.
