The main component is elderberries, magical little berries that have been used at least since the middle ages, playing an important part in folk medicines of different cultures, from North-England to the Baltics. In this hearty blend you will also find ginger, apple pieces, eucalyptus, stinging nettle, elderberry flowers and goji berries. Add a spoonful on honey and your good to go!
