2011 Lincang "Bird Nest" shou puerh

Earthy, woody ja soft shou puerh by Jiansheng tea factory. Produced in 2011 using "Jia Ji" 1st grade leaves picked in Lincang county. After processing, the tea was compressed into 100 gram "tuocha" bird nest shapes. The garden is quite high up around 1600 meters above sea level, the climate is cooler and the fluctuation within a day a higher, leading to more aromatic compounds in the tea to develop.

Brewing tips: 5g / 200ml / 100C / rinse, I - 1min, II - 1min, III - 2min etc.
