Matcha Megumi, 30g pack, organic

A wonderful premium grade matcha from three weeks shaded tea bushes in Kirishima, South-Japan. The tea was harvested during the first Spring harvest, leaves from various bush cultivars such as Yabukita and Okumidori were blended by a blend master in Kyoto to create a more dynamic flavour profile and a tea with a vibrant bright green colour. The tea whisks to a pleasant foam, the vegetal notes are dominant, but there's a lovely touch of umami to balance it out. Certified EU organic.
