Sanxia Red, Taiwanese red tea

Fine gongfu red tea from Sanxia district in North-Taiwan. Light body, only lightly oxidized leaves with just a mere hint of green and bitterness. Brings to mind hibiscus, redcurrants, hot summer day in a slightly unkempt garden. Warming glow. This tea was made following Taiwanese local organic standards (MOA). Qing Xin Gan Zai varietal.

Brewing tips: 3g / 200ml / 95-100C / I - 1min, II - 1-2min, III - 2-3min.
