Chawan "Burakkuhoru"

Burakkuhoru matcha bowl from a small studio in Japan. The bowl is pleasantly heavy and fits snugy in the hand. The glaze is deep and almost glass-like, a beautiful half-tone. In the dark it looks rather black, in the light and upon closer inspection one can see a dark blue hue. Diameter 12,5 cm, height 7,5 cm.
