Ikigai, whose closest translation is close to ‘the reason for waking up in the morning’, is a matcha with a balanced combination of flavors, ideal for daily consumption and for beginners. It is our most popular-selling matcha. Crafted by the Morimoto family, Ikigai is made from the Sayaka Minami sub-variety which imparts in its taste hints of flowers and green vegetables. EU organic certified.
