Off the coast of South Korea lies an island called Jeju, whose magnificent beauty is protected by UNESCO. This area is considered one of the best tea growing grounds in the world, thanks to the composition of the volcanic soil. The tea grown in this region offers a grassy fresh flavor, as is characteristic of Japanese sencha (both have been steamed during processing). At the same time, it has a mild, almost nutty aftertaste, which is usually found more in Chinese teas. Certified EU organic.
