The undisputed classic amongst white teas!

The world’s most popular white tea gets its name from the beautiful white peony flower. This tea uses only the top bud and first two leaves, picked in April in the birthplace of white tea, Fuding county in Fujian province. This tea came from Bai Hao varietal bushes growing at 800-900 meter elevation. These small mountains and valleys are often shrouded in a gentle fog which softens the leaves, and also freshened by breezes from the nearby East China sea - see if you can taste mist and sea in your cup! Certified EU organic.
